I sent my 14 yr old daughter here twice since moving to this area. I was initially impressed because it was so straight and lasted longer than usual. Now I see why! Her hair has been falling out recently every time she combs it (heat damage?). I just washed her hair and her texture is changed and it appears chemicals have been put in her hair. My daughter cried because her hair is limp and not retreating back to its natural state. I am highly upset!!! I know my child's hair and this is not her texture. Im combing through her hair without a problem as I would a person with a RELAXER OR TEXTURIZER. We have never experienced this at any other dominican salon. Stop messing with 4C hair to make it easier for you to do. Years of unprocessed hair down the drain.
