My fav bagel spot. Fresh bagels, delicious egg sandwiches, tasty coffee. Specialty cream cheese is yummy. Line moves quickly.

There bagels are not fresh they are bought in a day early & in the dirty alleyway I just saw this & video tape it ,it took the driver about 20 minutes to bring out the empty racks & bring in the loaded ones& they were already done & ready for sale

I’m really disappointed… I always order from this place 2-3 times a month and most of the times it comes out fantastic, yeah sometimes they might forget a bagel but it happens especially when I have a big order, I understand. Today I ordered 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches and 2 of them had an insane amount of eggshells in every bite I took, I really couldn’t enjoy it because it is really uncomfortable to chew on I had to throw out the whole 2 bagels because I only took 2 bites and that’s all I felt I was eating EGGSHELLS! The picture I posted shows 2 big eggshells on my first bite…. That’s not okay.
