According to Google, the operating hours were “confirmed 5 days ago by the business.” Nonsense. I just uploaded a photo indicating that it’s closed, and has been since the beginning of the pandemic in early 2020. Five days. Pffft. Please.

Friend went to upgrade his phone. Waited for three hours. Manager was pacing the store helping no one. Other walk ins were attended to before my friend. Manager was terrible and ignored him the entire time. We ended up having to go to another location. Awful experience and customer service.

All I wanted is to know if I can upgrade my phone. The person who took my info said, okay, it'll be about15 to 20 minutes because the next customer was about finished. Okay, I will wait. More customers came during my wait time, the schedule keeper now said it will be about an hour and 15 minutes. I waited one hour and 20 minutes before I was serve. During the waiting time inside the store, I notice 2 or 3 Verizon staffs did not serve or help any customers, just wondering about from other Verizon staffs who's helping their customer, start chatting. This go on for more than an hour. Then about one hour and 15 minutes into my waiting time, I notice, where did the 2 or 3 staffs go, they're gone? The 2 or 3 staffs who wondered around other staffs with their customer talking/chatting, avoid helping customers in their last minutes before their shift ended, left. They could have at least help/assess to see if the services needed is a complicate matter or a quick one. And now a new staff, just one person came about asking one of their existing staff who's next. And that was me. At this time, there were one or two customers left still waiting after me, and some walk out due to long waiting time. The new staff helped me, answered my questions about replacing my old phone and there was nothing they can do about it. This took probably no more than 5 or 6 minutes. This whole time it took about one hour and 20 minutes, what a waste of time at this store. I felt, just poor service, the staffs lack of their products or services knowledge they offered, it took 2 or 3 extra staffs wondering to help, talk, chat, socialize with another staff helping their customer, and not well with time management in getting the customers taken care. I think if the staffs had pay more attention in their customers training, products and service training, they'd be better off at their job. But who cares, right, young geeks at work starting out.

So this store is extremely under staffed. The waits are so crazy and they tell you to make an appointment. Which I did after going in 3 different times of being told 2 people in front of me so an hour or an hour and a half wait. I still had to wait 25 minutes with my scheduled appointment. Dear Verizon, If you make us schedule visits why not have a team of employees just for scheduled times. Make them 1 hour appointments. Someone is done in 20 minutes send an automated text saying, "hi I'm "jeff" your Verizon representative. I'm just letting you know my last appointment finished early. If you are available to come early I can see you now or I will see you at your scheduled time." Whats the point of scheduled times if you still have to wait? Its sad because the team at this location are pretty helpful once you get time to talk to them. Thats why I gave them a 3 star. But they all look super stressed out and tired. Do better Verizon.

First reset your internet modem . If that doesn't work then call your internet provider and they should be able to fix it while you are on the phone.
