If I can do half a star or no star for this store claimed to be able to fix LCD screen, I would give no star. We brought in the cell phone that needed the LCD screen fixed last October 2021, was told by the owner that he could fix it for $190. But he didn't have the part, adding extra $30 could have the part overnighted to the store and that he could fix it the next day. But we have to paid in full $190+$30 and we did. The overnighted and to fix the next day never happened, he blamed it not his doing. This is the first part of the SCAM about $30 for overnighted part which he ordered and promised. We kept calling and he never called back. Three days after we engaged the service, we called, he's not there so we decided to stop over to the store in the late afternoon. He claimed he got the part but too busy to fix and it would be another day in which he said he would call. With the few days experience that he never called back, we had no confident that this would be fixed and he would call us. We told him we didn't feel confident and he offered to refund the total money we paid. So he issued a tiny little paper strip that showed as "tax invoice" for the refund. It didn't make sense that printed "tax invoice" when it should be a receipt. I questioned him why he produced that piece of little paper and not the receipt of sell that send as text message. Little did I know that was another lie and the 2nd part of the SCAM because he never issued the credit to our credit card. I had to keep calling and calling him and he kept telling me that he would check with his own credit card company. But never came back with an explanation. To make the long story short, he refused to provide document to our credit card company's request of this transaction (we had to file a dispute on the transaction since we never received the refund). Not only did I get stiff the charge for over 5 months, I also had to call numerous time to my credit card company on this item + providing full documentation to show his little paper strip for the refund and this issue was going on from Oct 2021 up to end of March 2022. I regret not read the reviews or check with the BBB first. It was after all these, I checked and found that this store is not listed on BBB and the Google reviews told many other victims stories like ours. STAY AWAY from this store.

Tolga is amazing at his job! I went there, & even though it was almost closing time he still took the time out to fix my LCD&screen on my iPhone. He was extremely kind, patient & professional. My phone has been working great ever since. (I got it fixed a few months ago) I recently went there to get my iPad screen fixed & just like last time, everything went really well! I cannot recommend him enough!! Also they are very fair when it comes to prices. I have tried other places in the past & they were either overpriced, or completely ripped me off & were very rude. Tolga is the only one who has been completely professional & honest the whole way through. Thank you guys so much!
