I received an incomplete order. I called the restaurant and was told to remember the item missing for when I order next time and they will send it. The nerve!!! Will never order from here again!!!

RUDE & CON ARTISTS! Like others I ordered food from Grubhub, didn’t get everything and was treated badly when I called the restaurant. The online menu states it comes with sides. I didn’t get any sides. I’m Latin and it is unheard of for a Spanish restaurant to not include rice and beans! When I called, the guy I spoke to told me, “You got everything. if you want more you pay for it!” and he hung up the phone. Very short and abrupt. He didn’t even ask me my name or the address or anything. They must do this on a regular. I didn’t eat the food fearing that if they don’t care about customers I can only imagine what they do to the food in the kitchen. The other bad reviews are correct because I experienced the same thing. It is a shame because there are not many Spanish restaurants in the area. Unless you want to waste your money or be treated badly, I would stay away from this place.

I will never patronize this restaurant again. When you're there in person they appear friendly and satisfactory. Today I placed an order through uber and received only half of the order I paid for. I called them and a gentleman yelled at me in broken English and hung up the phone on me. I called a second time and a female answered the phone, said a few words and hung up as well. That behaviour is unacceptable, irresponsible and unprofessional. They will never get another dime from me. I hope they don't treat other customers this way. I'll take my business elsewhere even though I'll have to drive miles away. They get 5 thumbs down from me. The one star is for the location only.

This place is a disgrace to the Dominican race ! Very rude no Apple Pay! They give you more rice then meat every time and the plate is over priced it’s sad. Then I should not be ignored when asking the price you need some workers who speak English I should not have to wait for a receipt to get shoved in my face every time I don’t know the price !
