I always go to Ulta Beauty because they have everything that works for me. I felt like trying Huda Beauty since I heard was good. Being that Ulta doesn’t carry the line I went to this location this evening. As soon as I walk in there’s a young lady standing there makes eye contact and says nothing. So I ignored it went to go find what I was looking for. I wasn’t too sure which was my color so I approached the lady at the entrance and said sorry to bother you I just had a question. She just looked bothered and didn’t even say a word. Her coworker walked up and I asked her I wanted to find my color for Huda I usually use Estée Lauder. She immediately was like I can’t tell you which one there’s several you would have to try them on. When I went to Ulta the gentleman was so friendly and tried three different ones till we got the right shade. He made conversation jokes and was overall friendly even when it was busy. I expected the same if not more better customer service. Especially being that it wasn’t busy. I guess I’ll try a different location or just stick to Ulta. Terrible.

I really like this location, I have been a few times and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I usually know what I want prior to coming to the store but is nice to have staff available to answer any questions that may arise

The service here is amazing. I was greeted at the door and was explained the store protocols. I came here for some fragrances and Gloria was phenomenal. She was very professional and patient while helping me decide what I wanted. The cashier (Jessica) was also very helpful.
