I went here with my family and had a nightmare of an experience. Someone pooped on one of the slides in the play area and my nephew was unfortunate one who went right after and had the feces smeared all over his back. My poor nephew was tormented and horrified by the experience. This definitely turned what was supposed to be a fun day for my nephews into a worst day in their lives. Staff was quick to close the slide off but did absolutely nothing to mitigate the situation or help us. And left us to fend for ourselves. I was able to go to mall and buy new clothes for my nephew. Staff was unbothered and didn’t check on us. I honestly expected us to give us tickets to come back another time since our time was ruined by something that wasn’t our fault at all. But no such offer was made and staff kinda shrugged their shoulders off.

The Kingdom Quest ride operators were kind of snappy. Probably because we approached the ride "the wrong" side and my children got too excited. (They seemed to have some issues with the ride earlier so we returned after being informed by a friendly staff). The rest of the crew were great.

Great place to go with young kids.. sooo much to do and interact with. Keeps them out of trouble. It was great for my 2 year old who is a busy body.

Was here for a Father's Day celebration - a beautiful, clean, and super fun place where kids are free to be the creative engineering dynamos they are. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, but also hands-off which was perfect - no "hovering" or making the kids feel like they couldn't explore whatever they liked. Aside from building prompts, there are also a few rides good for younger kids between 2-5 and two different indoor playgrounds. Every hour or so, there was also a little dance party. I could've stayed here all day! Also, most importantly, they have excellent coffee available for the adults.
