Signs announcing "higher prices are in effect" but the signs and your receipt still have old prices. You are told that by the cashier. Hap-hazard job of a wipe-down by the ladies. The 2 men made an effort, but I left sorely disappointed in the end result. I won't return.

It was my first time using Star. They did an amazing job on my car. Both inside and out. Very meticulous, and affordable.

They do an excellent job detailing. But the customer service at front desk is awful. She never gets off cell phone to greet you. If I hand you my debit card in hand then don't slap my card and receipt on the counter and continue on your call. Very very rude.

I’ve gone to Star Auto for a year now and was very pleased with the cleaning and price. The last time I went in the back side panel was pulled off by their machine (I could have guessed this but one of the guys drying my car told me this must have happened). Though he put it back, the edge is bent out and the piece attached to my car has broken. When I confronted the manager he told me my car came in like that. I would have remembered my back panel being off my car. They took no responsibility and now I worry that my panel will fall off. Repairing it would mean replacing no the whole back panel. Definitely not going back to this establishment.
