I don't live in the area but every time I'm around I always get my cars washed here. Today I was very disappointed. Cup holders weren't cleaned, drip marks not cleaned, back window not cleaned and mats still had doritos on them 😡

Went in for a complete detail and stated twice that I had tons of dog hair that needed to be cleaned out. The guy at the desk said that I never said anything about the hair. I mentioned it when I made the appt, also when I got there. After 5 hours it wasn’t what I expected but I had to keep my cool. I was expecting something different I guess, especially after 5 hours and paying $300. Also was missing a dog hair tool that I kept in my trunk. The seats were still dirty, just armor all over, and it wasn’t even wiped in properly because I had spots of armor all that weren’t wiped in properly on my back seats. At least open the cracks in the seats where food crumbs go and get in there. Came to get my jeep and they were still struggling. I literally could of done a better job my self I had the proper vacuum. Anyway I wouldn’t bring it back.

I bring my car in and pay for ALL STAR SUV which was $50 in total. But when got my car home and open the trunk, I see this. When I bring my car in car wash I kinda expect it to come out all clean otherwise we can just vacuum it at gas station. I don’t know how much more I have to pay to get my car completely cleaned. $50 for car wash kinda expensive enough and still came out with dirt in the trunk. Tell me what did I do wrong or I misunderstood?

A detailed service team and a great car wash. Honestly anytime I have come the service has always been great and the car is clean from inside and out. These guys honestly work really hard for their tips.
