Had a terrible experience returning my items from amazon, the lady didn’t even said hello,good morning or thank you it was straight attitude I said hello and she stood quiet she’s just scanning my stuff and when I ask her for my receipt her response was idk what happen the machine wasn’t printing. I’m like I need a receipt for all my items then she starts looking in the boxes and pulling random stuff out asking me if they were mine. I don’t think I will return to this kohls to return anything that lady was straight rude and unprofessional

A pleasant trip and a worthwhile journey. Store has wide variety of sports stuff shirts pants sets, sports shirts etc. Stores clean staff is quite friendly and is knowledgeable about the variety of items to select that is in their work in station or work area. Shelf items are well maintained and organized.

This was my first time returning Amazon items at Kohl's. The line contained 12 individuals. It moved a lot slower due to a gentleman training a young lady at the one register for Amazon returns. I remained in the line for an extended period of time. It would have been much better if the training was done when the line wasn't so long. It was the only line in the store, therefore, I wondered why they couldn't have an additional register open for Amazon returns. I hope that my future returns are at Whole Foods, which is so much better.
