I was so excited to find this store the employee that helped me the first few times was a sweetie , I purchased cat food , litter and treats. I decided to purchase a new cat scratching post. Well I purchased one there looked nice,color matched my room,3 way post and a top . Sounds great huh? All new rugs shed right, this is still shedding and I’ve had for 5 months. I returned to Salem Pet Supply with the scratching post a week after purchase my complaint was seams showing besides me continually vacuuming it , it’s shedding like crazy and these long fine strings of nylon from the backing of the.Carpet behind that is the Wooden Board!! The OWNER was there then said she’d have to call the guy that makes them. I waited and as I waited I asked her can I just pick out another one? Oh no she said I’m not going to loose money on this so I need get hold of him. Unhappy I went home with my post . said she would definitely call me tomorrow, NEVER EVER HEARD FROM ANYONE about it!!! I’m the looser of $70 (69.99)

My pet’s food is always well supplied. Times when asking specific questions they are always ready to advise and gives caring time. My Sister from Seattle was here in Salem for a visit and I took her there and she ended up adopting a sweet cat from them. Highly recommend this Pet Store
