Decided to give Ritter's a first try after hearing about it from friends and family for a while now. All references have been good and it looked like a nice atmosphere. Awesome food and service likewise. Came in with a couple friends of mine for dinner. Was seated faster than expected without booking a table prior, on what seemed to be a busy Saturday night. We were on the wait list for just a few minutes before promptly being updated that our table was ready to go. Then we were seated upstairs by our super kind and helpful hostess. Our orders were taken by our server about 10 minutes later which I thought was great considering how many tables were occupied. To my surprise our server greeted us with an apology for the wait time and was ready to take our order. We all decided on getting their Chipotle steak salads. All 3 came out in a timely manner with great presentation and tender steak paired with fresh tomatoes that all came together very well. Our server was also very kind and helpful checking up on our table, and making sure we were satisfied. Needless to say I'll definitely be adding to those that reccomend this local restaurant for good reason. It's always nice to see modern local business like this one that have their act together from the seemless reservation system, customer service and good food at a reasonable price.

I have no idea why this place is rated so high. I ordered on door dash, before 7, on a Wednesday. My food was hot when it got here but...my chicken sandwich burnt, brussel sprouts bunt, fries super hard and my daughters burger was rare...she ordered well done (as did the hubby and his was well). I'm super sad that this was such a mess. I always hear good things and my experience was far from it. The hubby even said his burger was nothing special so....no recommendation here.

My experience at Ritter's was great. I arrived with my 9 month old daughter and girlfriend. I ordered the mushroom burger and added jelepeno. Along side was my Baked brie, My girlfriend also got a burger. The service was absolutely incredible. The staff is was very friendly and nice. The environment was kind of like a library with ladders and such. Cozy and not too much for my baby. The taste of the food was excellent, the only thing that bothered me was the amount of garlic they serve. Whole garlic cloves in the meals. Kind of a lot for me.
