They do not list the price of a tele-health visit on their website and are super dodgy when you ask about the cost. For reference, it is just a little over $500 that you will be charged to have a video call with someone. The price of a telehealth visit is over $500. The price of a telehealth visit is over $500. I had an appointment scheduled for May 26 (on the books in March) and received a voicemail that it had been moved to July 15 (!). I could have asked why but ... so it was. I had a sedation-free colonoscopy and was impressed by everything about the experience. EVERY staff member was efficient, friendly, professional, prepared, caring, and thorough. The process was expedient (I was seen EARLY and finished early) and pleasant. And wow, do they move a lot of people through every day! Props to everyone. (I can't speak to billing issues or charges because I don't know about those yet; but I do concur with reviewers here who mentioned the difficulty of getting through by phone...I love their "you are sixth in the queue" and you wait during the countdown and, oops, suddenly you are sixth again! LOL. I recommend using the messaging on the patient portal; I was able to get responses that way. I do know phone lines are backed up like CUH-RAZY and the people I did talk to were helpful and informative).

I had to have a lower endoscopy. I was very impressed by the surgeon, the anesthesiologist and all the assistants. All my questions were answered and my needs were taken care of through the entire stay. Very nice people also. And unlike the time 4-5 years before, when I went to some other place, I left with no residual discomfort. The only suggestion I'd have for them is to try to reduce the upfront paperwork and reading required.

I had an upper endoscopy yesterday. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor all took extra care to ensure my comfort and safety. I felt so cared for and respected. The prep and discharge paperwork were very easy to understand.

Yes they take Medicaid
You would have to call them directly but I believe they do.
Look it up on their web site.
I just called to make an appointment and they emailed them to me to copy, fill in and bring with...but they said they could also send them in the mail.
I never had that problem so I'm unsure how to answer. Maybe try calling Providence Hospital and ask to be connected to the office?
