Rented a suit for my wedding and they messed up the order 3 times. The service was friendly, but pretty incompetent given how many times they got my order wrong. Also, they didn't inform me that rental pants don't have belt loops and ties are clip on only.

They lost my pants that I brought in for tailoring and still haven't found them. Also, during the tailoring process they weren't able to give me much advice on the fit. I feel that most of the staff don't have a good understanding of men's fashion.

Showed up on time for my appointment. I was told to wait a few minutes by the staff who decided to chitchat with his current client at the cashier for 10 minutes. While I was waiting I was asked whether I am here for a purchase or rental. The inside of the store was very unorganized and it felt so hectic. Other customers were also trying to find someone to help them out. I understand the fact that every place is understaffed but the experience here was not a pleasant one. I decided to walk out and gave up on my appt. after waiting 15 minutes for no help or attempt to help. The consultation appointments especially for a wedding should not be like this, the staff should their best to make this a perfect experience as much as they can.

Came in last week with my boyfriend as he is looking to make the switch from being a chef to Real Estate and needed to pick up two nice outfits for a big real estate gig the following two days. We walked in knowing nothing besides what we needed (at least two fully put together outfits) and thank God were greeted and helped by David. David was an absolute godsend! He helped my boyfriend, who has a difficult body type, find the perfect set of two full outfits which not only put his mind at ease for his big events the following days, but most importantly boosted his self confidence, which truly is priceless! David was patient, informative and embodied hospitality, style and professionalism! I highly recommend requesting David as he will get you set for any occasion while not being pushy or just upselling to boost his sales. He seemed to truly care and took the time to listen and recommend accordingly. Overall, DAVID ROCKS! Thank you for making an experience that could’ve been super negative and stressful a really positive one that helped build confidence and style! 🙌🏼
