Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to help with simple packaging for a return. The same type of packaging (taping the outside) that 4 other POs were more than happy to do. I was told "No" and then ignored when I asked if they had clear tape since the printed priority mail tape would have obscured my label. I witnessed similarly rude and unhelpful behavior towards other customers by the same clerk the short time I was there.

Please have your employees stay at home home not only when they are physically sick but also if they are not doing so fine mentally. It’s not cool at all to have some ill mannered, grumpy, rude and sad person to be on your customer service table. I visited your store on August 18 at around 9: 15 in the morning. The lady who was sitting in the middle counter (both from right and left) seems to have some issue with providing enough information to customers’ questions. At first she seemed very hesitant to give me enough answers on when my mail would get delivered and secondly when I pulled down my mask to open my phone screen, with my hand still in the mask pulling it up, she goes “MASK UP” and rolls her eyes. We were socially distanced, she was wearing a mask too and she had a shield in front of the counter. Wonderful job on following the mask mandate. Being in there gives you privilege to politely ask someone to wear mask or pull up their mask if they are not following the instructions, I get that. But do your customers get scolded and insulted if they pull down their mask just to open their phone. Also not replying to the customers questions? At the same time, the other lady on the 2nd counter (from customer’s left) had great service. She was directing her customers so nicely. I might have been unaware of pulling it down to open my locked phone but is that how you train your employees to treat a customer?? May be work on being a nice person before coming and working in customer service just to be rude to customers? And also answer to customers’ questions at least instead of hurrying up

Easy in and out. I have to mail packages from the road all the time, and I’ve dealt with all types of offices. This was was up there in ease of access and efficiency.

I like this post office because it tends to have a short line, sometimes no line at all. Most of the employees are quite friendly. My mail carrier does a pretty good job, although I wish he wouldn't leave my mail at my door along with packages. He may think he is doing me a service but not so if the mail were stolen. He also has missed picking up outgoing mail at least once and drives too fast for a quiet road. My rating is mainly for the actual post office service when I go to mail packages.

Not sure try calling the phone number maybe?
Yes. That's correct. 👍🏼
Yes
Depends on what service you use. Check with them for services and rates or try their online portal for a guestimate.
I sent an update to my address from 14509 S.W. Grayling lane Beaverton Oregon 97124 to 3538 32nd Way N.W. Olympia Washington 98502. Has it been changed to the Washington address?
There is a main post office somewhere in Hillsboro. If you call the post office in Aloha, they will give you the number to call. Call them and they will issue a new key.
Yes, this facility offers Priority Mail International® and Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG®), which is USPS’ fastest international shipping option with a money back guarantee (typically around 1-3 business days to over 180 countries, and overnight shipping to many Canadian destinations). You can print/pay for your postage online and create customs forms if needed, then print, slap on your package and drop off at anytime in their lobby, which is open 24/7 at this location (package must fit in the drop off bin). They also offer some shipping supplies and a self service kiosk that’s available 24 hours a day as well. Super convenient.
Have you tried officially unsubscribing to their mailing services? That is usually how you can get them to stop. I would call again and ask to be unsubscribed or write them a letter requesting that they unsubscribe you. It’s always been a mystery to me as to how they get people to subscribe to these types of services to begin with when they don’t even remember doing it themselves. If that fails and they’re still automatically charging you a monthly subscription fee, cancel the card that’s being charged and request a new one from your bank.
To renew a passport (non-expedited), you’ll need to use the renewal application form DS-82. You can search for one online and either complete it electronically first and print, or print it and then fill it out by hand. While applications can be filled out online, they cannot be submitted online. You can drop off and also pick up a DS-82 renewal form at a local passport acceptance facility or regional agency. This Post Office on SW 185th doesn’t appear to offer passport services, however the Post Office on SW Betts Ave in Beaverton, or 1st Ave in Hillsboro does; in addition to the City of Beaverton Finance Department on SW Millikan Way. Hope this helps.
