Tried it for the first time today and they didn’t have drip coffee. Got an Americano instead, the wait was very long bc their espresso machine was down. When I ordered I repeated that I wanted Sweet n low and cream in my coffee twice. Confirmed again with one of the girls that informed me that the espresso machine was down, then again when the gentleman that initially took my order and gave me my drink. I knew I should have double checked but after repeating my order 4 times and the servers getting an attitude of me reminding them, there STILL was not cream or sugar in my coffee. Will not be going back to a place that cannot get a simple order right.

Awesome place, this was my first experience with Black Rock. Super sweet & pleasant barista. I ordered a large blended caramel blondie and it was really yummy. Not overly sweet like DB or SB. Really good base that has a nice rich flavor. Can't wait to come back and try more options 🥰
