Absolutely horrible customer service. Have very much of an attitude. Requested for the managers assistance and took forever to get to me. it wasn’t even busy the day i came either. no wonder why they have only 3 1/2 stars. hoping to make it a 3. never coming back again

This place reminds me of an operation because of Cletus, Roscoe, Jeanne, etc., whom know the owner and are welcome there. The business has rude staff, and it looks more like a 1970’s gift shop at a hospital than an actual business that works with carrier services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

I have gone there several times for FEDEX services because I had issues with USPS services in the past few months with lost packages. Yesterday 07-06-2021, I was helped by Jeanne....I requested FEDEX services and trusted that would happened, I never stated any other services. I did not notice until today (next day) Jeanne picked USPS, too late now but I did not like her attitude when I called to let her know the mistake, I stated a few times that I wanted FEDEX ....I never write reviews but this one deserves 0 stars!!!!!! I run a company, good service always comes with good attitude and admitting a mistake and apologizing makes a great difference!
