BR 31 Ice cream is always good, staff was very friendly. I only give 2 stars cause we were not allowed to sit down inside even though there were plenty of tables. The chairs were stacked against the wall and I had my young grandkids with me. I asked if I could pull out a chair so my grandkids could sit down. Was told they were not allowing people to sit inside and was told we could sit outside as neighboring business had chairs on the patio. I told girl it was too cold outside to sit with young kids outside. So she suggested we go inside Starbucks two doors down. I asked if there was a manager she could get permission from but she said no and apologized. I certainly am not blaming the young employees but whoever owns this BR in Chino Hills should use common sense. We just stood inside eating our ice cream as did others but we will not be back. All the other BR I've been to have inside seating.

Super friendly staff. Jake helped me out today and he was super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect flavor. The store is super clean and i definitely recommend coming here!

This place is really good! Not just aesthetic or taste but they really give the time to make sure it's perfect for you and prepare you for the delicious mess. 100% coming back.
