This Temple is Breathtaking! The Architecture is stunning! The intricate details in the marble is amazing. There is store and restaurant where you can experience a taste of the India Culture. Please be respectful as it is a place of worship.

So divine. Glad I visited this temple, its beyond beautiful. Feels like you are in some other part of USA. Its calming and lots of people visit it for its architecture. You are not allowed any photography inside. They also have a store with all the Indian snacks and food. Good quality stuff and nominal price.

This is one of the largest Hindu temples in USA. Highlight is of course the sandstone temple structure and all of the carvings and designs in and around the temple. English names are inscribed below the major Hindu gods. Before entering the temple structure, you should wear conservative clothes and take off your shoes. There is a cafe selling Indian drinks and snacks as well as a couple of entrees of Indian curry dishes. Welcome center has beautiful interior lobby, visitor center, and attached to it are bookstore, Indian snack and treats store. There are tables outside to sit down and taste the goodies.

This place is magnificent! One of the most beautiful temples I've been to. The architecture is just splendid with a lot of intricate work. There is adequate parking and entry is free. There was no parking charge as well. Double check the timings before visiting as the temple ( only the inner temple with deity) closes between noon and evening.

Hi Trupti, thank you for reaching out. Congratulations to you and your son for the admission to UCLA. It is a very good school. BAPS Mandir in Chino Hills is primarily a place of worship, and it has a beautiful community center. It does not have any accommodation facilities in the campus. So while it may not be able to help your son with temporary housing, it is still a great place for you and your family to visit here. You will be able to connect with numerous other local families and community members. Several of the local youth members have attended UCLA as recent grads, and will help share tips and guidance with your son. Generally, the neighborhood around UCLA has many good and affordable student housing options. Please feel free to reach out and I can connect you with some other recent UCLA grads.
Yes, you can take pictures outside.

Nope, they generally ask you to not use any cellphones or cameras inside the mandir.
