I came back here after a few months to treat myself, the last few times were alright with certain people. Today was probably the worst time and I am not coming back here. When I went in it they started on the pedicure which was fine but when they started my full set forget it; it was straight down hill from there. Theresa (I think that's her name) started putting the tips, the shape was decent. I got a stiletto shape. It was a curved point rather than a straight point if that makes sense. When I asked her to make it straight she said she would and never did; so I ignored it and left that part alone. Once she grabbed a bead of acrylic I knew she wasn't going to fix anything I brought up. As she was doing the acrylic I asked her to fix my thumbs since they were shorter. Im that type of person to like the thumbs to match the length of the others so my thumb doesn't look super short, she proceeded to add acrylic to the length and ask if that was long enough. I was getting upset at this point. So after all the acrylic is done, the polish made it worse. I wanted to get a halloween design, I showed her and on my right pinky was this red color and my pinky nail was curved and wayy shorter than the other. Another part of the design was not supposed to take up my whole finger and she had it pretty much take up my whole finger. I am so disappointed with this shop, I'm just going to stick with Viet Nails across the street. Please take your money and your business else where!!

I went to Kim's nails on Friday hoping to get an awesome pedicure with a flower design. The young lady polished my toes leaving polish splattered on the skin of my toes. My flower design was rushed with know effort at all. I am extremely disappointed. My toes looks like a 5 year old did them.
