Slow to bring the food out when not relatively busy. Multiple items of food were cool to touch and a side was not brought out. Server and staff were friendly. However the server never asked about our food or experience.

This was our first time visiting LongHorn Steakhouse, Typically we eat at Texas Roadhouse. Very short wait for table, super clean, Friendly staff, Food was amazing and we even got to meet the manager at the end of our meal!!! I've got to say, I don't think we will be eating at Texas Roadhouse very much anymore! We can not wait to go back again!!!

My parents had the NY Strip steaks. Too much seasonings on the steaks, both had a lot of fat on their steaks and steaks were greasy. I had the 1/2 rack Baby Back ribs. Fall off the bone, tender and flavorful meat though a little too greasy. We all had the baked sweet potatoes w/brown sugar and cinnamon, delicious!

They use paper menus so only you and them touch your menu. They require masks when your not seated and have you wait outside the restaurant to be seated as to not crowd the entrance way. I believe they are one of the cleaner restaurants and have visited a number of times since the pandemic.
