Applebee's Grill + Bar

My sister, brother-in-law, niece and her boyfriend went there for dinner last night and was nice enough to bring my friend and I home food. I appreciated that very much and since I had never been to Applebee's I was excited to finally get food from there. We got the haddock dinner. 1) The size of the paddock was good and it was done, not flaky and dry. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 4. 2) I didn't care for the tartar sauce. It was made with salad dressing (miracle whip) instead of mayonnaise. I tasted it before I used it and said nope. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 2. 3) The coleslaw was dry, they should have added a little more mayonnaise too it. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 4. 4) I got the French fries with my meal. I have to say they were really good, in fact they were the best part of the whole meal. Therefore on a scale of 1-10 the fries get a 9. Overall I give the meal as a whole a rating of 3. The next time I will order something else.

The place to get your assorted Pepsi products! Service was prompt and curious. Our food came pretty fast. Overall very pleasant experience, would go there again.

Here's my share. Applebee's is a well established restaurant. The food is good. The waiters and waitresses are courteous and accommodating and have a good energy. There are no complaints about any of these areas. However, I would like to see some creativity in meal selections and possibly expanding the waiting area. My significant and I hadn't been to Applebee's in a couple of years, and we were surprised to see the same exact menu. Maybe there is an upgrade coming soon. You won't be disappointed with the taste of drinks, food, or service.
