If your a business looking to rent or lease go elsewhere. Service department is a joke they can't fix anything and when you ask for a manager they have you call the district service manager and he won't answer the phone or call you back. Units are junk and broke down more than fixed. Rental is good but don't ask for a manager they don't have one. Renter/leasee beware Penske is a joke. Go to Ryder Enterprise or even Uhaul. Stay far far away from all Penske locations.

Great staff professional and friendly. I request for a 23ft but they gave me a 26 for the same price. The price was better than the rest of the competition. The truck gave me no issues.made it back to Texas

Poor vehicle maintenance!! They will give you the worst truck if you are traveling far, so they don't have to fix. Tired were damaged and needed to be balanced and replaced.

Will never rent from this place again. All other truck rental companies that we have used have taken a deposit and then charged back to our card once the truck was returned. This place froze not only the deposit but the estimated mileage as well. Now it's 3 days later and still nothing credited back to my account. Just called corporate and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to be processed. None of this was told to us at the time we made the reservation and picked up the truck.. Now these idiots are blaming my bank (which is a fantastic local bank). They don't care at all and their attitude reflects that. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
