One of the delivery drivers out of this hub didn't attempt to deliver my package, which I had stayed home to receive. Driver marked in the system "delivery attempted but nobody was home" that's the thing. I was home. I was watching for my package. No truck showed up. I checked my phone to see if the package may have been delayed for one reason or another and noticed the "delivery attempted" status. So I called. After a long while with robots I reached a real person who said they would see what could be done and then they railroaded me into a survey. A while later I called to check up and was told that "there is nothing that can be done, delivery will be reattempted every day until I receive it". You can't call the warehouse. Just the call centers. So the driver apparently just gets away with not delivering packages and never hears about it at all. Worthless.

They mark your package delivered when it has not been delivered. Extremely unprofessional now you have to wonder if the driver or your neighbors stole your package. A package marked delivered at 10:32 should be left at the door as it says when I open my door.

So I get notified via Amazon that my order was delivered. Well it never got to my house. I called twice to explain its simple just have the manager at FedEx call me and we can make sure the driver while still in the area can deliver to the right address. Spoke with service center twice about my missing bubble wrap and then they had a investigator open a case file regarding this issue. He tells me if I don't receive the package by 4th day to call back. Mean time the bubble wrap I need to ship my products is missing and my shipping is coming to a halt. I now have to look else where for bubble wrap so I can ship my customer orders. Note this isn't the first time this has happened. The simple solution would have been to have manager call driver to see where had deliver it. Then redirect him to the actual place it needed to be.
