Broke my wrist ... so kudos starting with Toya, urgent care reception folks, imaging, cast, orthopedics. Everyone, and in 6 weeks I have seen quite a few ... have been abso - fab. KP is always impressive ... Interstate is well staffed with kind skilled employees. Thank you.

Update: I want to reiterate that the nurses/doctors/nurses assistants are amazing patient advocates, and talented medical experts. Have always been and always will be. I love the nurses who are part of my care team (no exceptions). I would gladly be seen by any nurse in nurse treatment and look forward to seeing them during my allergy visits. My issue was with how the system deals with errors, not the errors themselves (which are minor, something that could happen to anyone). The manager of team contacted me directly, listened, and listed concrete possible solutions. So I changed my rating. I do feel heard. Below is my original post. The nurse made an honest mistake, she dropped my vial of injection fluid and so was not able to give it me. She was very kind and apologetic and worked quickly to find solutions to the mistake. However, I was shocked by the rudeness, rigidity, and cold demeanor of the nurse treatment check in staff in regards to the issue. 1. When I asked about rescheduling they said very coldly that they could not see that far in advance and I would have to "work it out with your provider." They did not fail to mention more than once "that is what happens when you miss a dose of your allergy injection" which was very flippant of the fact that the reason I missed the dose had nothing to do with me, but with a mistake on the hospital's end. 2. They seemed to have no way to add notes to our summary visit, or to effect really anything. Their lack of power negatively affected me, and seemed to also negatively affect them. When I asked that the mistake be documented in my summary notes... they said they couldn't do anything and the staff was out to lunch and I would have to wait for an hour and a half. 3. I felt like the nurse treatment check in staff were punishing ME, for a mistake made on Kaiser's end. Mistakes happen. not one should be punished for a mistake. But it is a mistake that means I will now have to go back to the hospital every week for 4 months, while I am working two jobs and in grad school and so I was already holding back tears thinking about how I would manage it or if I would even be able to continue the treatment, because of the mistake made.... and instead of treating me with the care and flexibility that I was giving them, they treated me like an annoyance and offered me zero flexibility, kindness, or care. I felt very alone, within the course of 30 short minutes, I felt like I had no advocate, no accommodation, and no care.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM KAISER. By far the worst medical care providers around. All they want is your money and provide no actual help. Man if I could give Kaiser 0 stars I would. I’ve been lied to by multiple representatives at Kaiser. They don’t accommodate members who pay high premiums for any type of service. All me and my employees get from Kaiser is appointments that can only be made months in advance, waiting in an emergency room for more than six hours for anything and not being able to get Covid test because their system won’t allow it. The customer service is horrible as well we left multiple complaints and nothing has changed. If you want zero to no care then Kaiser is the spot for you. I mean you would think a Medical provider would have more than 3 stars and better reviews but not Kaiser. Go look up every facility you can on google and not one will have more than 4 stars. That really says something about the company, maybe they are not as good as the say they are.

As a former employee, current volunteer, and long time client, this HMO really does have patient care and outcomes as its number one priority. When ever I am faced with the realities of fee for service medicine that other family members suffer through emotionally and financially, I realize how fortunate I am, and know that I will never change to another health care system.
