Grant Park Village has been a great home with amazing management. It has been nothing but improvements since Kristina got here. The maintenance staff is amazing and this place wouldn’t run without them. A big thanks to Mike, Eddie, Atsushi, and Calum. This entire team has made living at Grant Park amazing. They are under appreciated and work a thankless job.

The apartment complex is beautiful. However, the gentlemen who works maintenance in the building is very unprofessional, vulgar and rude. I witnessed him yelling profanities at two homeless people in the back side of the building. Telling them not to camp there, which they clearly were not camping. He even went as far as to call the female a b*****. If this were my employee, he would be fired. I have never witnessed such disgusting behavior from someone in a position like his. He needs to be held accountable for his actions because I am sure this is not the first time he has behaved like this and it surely will not be the last.

I have been here for a few months now and I’m very impressed. Avenue5 was a bit difficult about our ESA letters/pets on move in but once that was sorted out the move in process was very smooth. The apartment and amenities are great. You cannot ask for a better location, you can walk to anything you need. The neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. We have had to have maintenance come fix a few things and they were great. I am very pleased with Grant Park Village so far.

The staff was sooo accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I loved my unit. It was a very cozy little oasis. The only downsides are the fire alarms that went off every couple months and also the area can be a bit rough around the edges at night (but absolutely NOTHING compared to where I grew up in Chicago). Highly recommend!!
