Willamette Place Apartments is the perfect place to live if you have limited income, are disabled and/or 55 +. The management is so effecient, responsive and friendly. The landscaping is well cared for and the maintenence is prompt in responding to needs. What I found was the bonus of living there was it's location. The apartment is within walking distance of so many stores and a park. One could survive without a car if you have a cart, if that's your choice. It's a cute sweet place to live.

I believe there is a waiting list. You will have to call the office Monday Wednesday it Friday
I don't think so. My mom has lived there for like 10 years and I've never seen a tennant with a child. It's more like seniors. They just came under new management so maybe give them a call to see if it's changed, you never know!

It depends on your income, If your on housing or rural housing. But there is a waiting list. I live here and our manager is here Tuesdays and Thursdays
