I recently rented a slushy machine from Botten's and when it became apparent that it would not fit in my car, they went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get it to my house in time for my baby's first birthday party! Great customer service!

Will not use again. Rented luxury toilet trailer for a wedding. The deposit and reservation were lost, and several excuses, calls, and emails later they found a way to deliver one, but front desk wouldn't provide a delivery time until I called a manager. Even still - the delivery time was inaccurate, and they never called when they were headed out for delivery or when they were near delivering. Not installed level on relatively even gravel parking lot. Both paper towel dispensers didn't work because they were jammed upon delivery. Completely unresponsive via email, I had to call and prod them every step of the way. The most stressful and unprofessional vendor we've worked with. Recommend using someone else.

Love working with these guys. I have been renting off and on for years. They have been willing to help me get set up and have the equipment I need. There have been times when rental equipment has broken down, because of course, rental equipment can break down from time to time. When that has happened, they've always made it right and I'm happy to keep working with them. I saw a recent negative comment complaining that there wasn't enough front end help at the customer desk. It seems be an obtuse statement considering the labor crisis were in the middle of right now. I have never had a bad customer service experience and I highly recommend them!
