Not a family-friendly rental at all! my family was Place in the third story apartment when we asked for a first story because we have three children. They had other open Apartments but weren't making them available to us at the time! Which we had a problem with our downstairs tenant making a complaint every day about my children playing within legal play time hours with in acceptable noise limit. Who was a methodic and a drunk! Which the assistant manager at the time was seeing the tendent made multiple false police reports that we were leaving our small children home alone. On three separate occasions when my whole family and I went to go get dinner we came home to a police officer waiting at our door to check on a reported call by the assistant manager we left our children home alone witch was a lie and also a false police report! We were on housing and had a legal binding contract to be placed there for a year! I would advise no one to ever rent here or any other related Apartments from this company!

Outrageous noise EVERY SINGLE morning. The people here are devoid of common sense and courtesy. If it isn’t a motorcycle, it’s someone blasting music in their car. Don’t live here, It’s toxic. Maybe if dpm would issue fines for noise violations, it would scare people into proper behavior. Idk when dysfunction became the new norm, but ppl need to get OVER this pandemic and stop. This place sucks .

These are nice apartments, the interior design is what I like. If you live near the road you have a view of the racetrack. The managers are really great people!

Since new Management has taken over this place, you couldn't ask for better apartments specially for family's. Being here for almost 3 years we have witnessed our ups and downs UNTIL new management came in and this place is amazing and so are the managers.(They are on top of everything and always available) The apartments themselves are amazing inside and NOW outside with new Landscaper's for people who have animals. This is truly a DIVERSIFIED apartment community and if you want great apartment neighbors then this is the place for YOU. Downside- If you have children this apartment complex does not offer a play structure, but their other complex in town DOES have a play structure for your tots. Put in your application and become part of an amazing apartment community.
