My wife went there today to renew her license and get the real ID card. She was helped by the security guard Helen Martinez to get through the maze of DMV procedures. She also helped my wife in getting called again to the cashier window …

Look up the DMV website to be sure. www.dmv.ca.gov Usually a simple Driver License renewal only requires a fee. This office, on Grand in Covina, does not renew driver licenses. Nearest DMV is in West Covina on Glendora Ave. and Cameron.
