The restaurant was cleaned inside and out. Very pleasant to dine here. The flower on each table was a lovely touch. One of the few El Pollo Loco that will bring out the food for you. Love all the staffs here!

Very busy during a lunch hour, even with only take out and drive through service. All menu items are prepared in a consistent manner and staff were diligent in seeing that every customer had everything they needed prior to leaving the store. Staff was also very good about thanking the customers for their business.
