Open till they remodel and do a reopen. A lot of inventory on sale 50% off and more. I think it's a good idea to stock up on your windshield wipers, brake pads, car air filters and engine oils currently in stock. A lot of the associates were attentive and very customer oriented providing a smooth transaction. I am a returning customer since 2001. Set your expectations before you walk in the front door know what you need know what you want and try not to rely on very busy associates but if you do and you need to they'll be there for you to get you through the issues if you have an understanding and compassionate mind.

Went for an oil change but regretted it when they didn’t seem to be in a hurry even though I had an appointment. In my estimation it should take no longer than 30-45 mins to complete an oil change. Yes, my tires are a little worn but they still have enough tread for now as per the usual upsell. As much as we would like to, we can’t blame everything on Covid-19. Pep boys needs to show a bit more “pep” at this location. I made a phone call and went exploring the nearby empty shopping center while I waited so the wait wasn’t a total loss.🤷‍♂️
