Ordered on the app to pick up at 4:45pm, and arrived on time. The guy at the register was unfriendly and said it wasn't ready. I asked how long it would be and he told me 10 minutes. We came back nearly 15mins later and he told me it wasn't ready and I had to ask again how long and he again said it would be 10mins. It took well over an hour from ordering to receive 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni, and 4 crazy bread. Ridiculously bad service here.

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and they told me they had no more pizza lefts. But I noticed that they had pizza in the hot box. I asked them what about those pizza in the hot box. They said they were phone orders. Once I left the store they locked the door behind me and they started to clean up. I waited another 10 mins and noticed that the pizza they claim were a phone order was not. They refused another customer to walk in when is was 9:54pm. Those pizza they claim was a phone order, was not. They kept it for themselves. So instead of helping 2 paying customers they decided to take home pizza that was in the hot box. I was kinda hoping the crazy calzony would taste as good as the picture. It was such a disappointment. Although the calzon looks brown and toasty once you pull it apart the dough is mostly raw and under cooked. The dough was a gooey gummy mess and made it inedible.
