I have reached out to this firm twice with two with two separate malpractice claims. Two different times. Both are solid. Today they called me I could only speak to a receptionist which then translated what I said to attorney. They denied taking me as a client again. Who is a person with disabilities and without looking at any evidence that I have. And when I asked why the receptionist could not tell me why. I asked her if the attorney can give me a call and give me a reason. She said they won’t do that. It like they are acting like they have a in with some of these doctors and they won’t touch them. Or something like that. As a person with disabilities I feel disrespected. I hope Tom the founder fixes how they do practice and treat people.

As a long standing business partner, it's my pleasure to offer a 5 star rating. This is a well oiled organization and the people make this firm. Collectively, they are true advocates for their clients and they operate with integrity through and through. They are committed to process improvements and function together as a team to achieve the best results possible. This is a firm with heart.

D'Amore Law Group is one of the best law firms in the county. I have gotten to know Tom well over the last five years. His knowledge of personal injury law is extraordinary. I am always impressed with how Tom uses his experience to implement the best legal strategies to help his clients. Tom is also a leader in the legal community. He gives back a tremendous amount by teaching younger attorneys and executing key roles in bar associations. He's also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. If you or a loved one is looking for an injury attorney, I highly recommend the D'Amore team.

The D'Amore Law Group was recommended to me following a motorcycle accident I was in as a passenger. I am so glad that I selected them to represent me~ Douglas Oh-Keith is one of the finest people I have done business with. He is an excellent listener, and always regarded my questions and concerns as valid. I felt comfortable with him immediately, even though I have never sought our legal help before. I felt that he would fight for me, while maintaining integrity in his work. Amber as his paralegal, was also great. She even met me at a business near my home when the weather was icy, so I didn't need to drive to the office. I would recommend Douglas Oh-Keith without reservation if you need excellence in representation.

Oregon’s statute of limitations for wrongful death claims is somewhat complicated. As a general rule, a wrongful death claim must be filed within three years of the date of the fatal injury (which may or may not be the date of death). However, there are a number of exceptions that can extend the time to file in some circumstances.
As someone who has been injured in an accident or as a result of someone else’s intentional conduct, understanding your rights isn’t easy. The law is complicated, and you need to have a clear understanding of the immediate and long-term effects of your injuries. To find out if you have a claim for financial compensation, you should seek medical attention immediately and speak with a lawyer as soon as possible.
In Oregon, you have two years to file most types of personal injury claims. In Washington State, you have three years. If it has been a while since your accident, you may still be entitled compensation. You should contact us promptly to discuss your legal rights.
