Visited on August 1, 2022. Got there just after 8:30am as they opened. All of PCSquare was blocked off for an event, so we had to enter by the TV station and walk through the tunnel. The line was short and our difficulty was resolved quickly. Overall a good experience. I did notice that the public restroom there was closed, for whatever reason.

Needed to replace an expired honored citizen hop card. The process took less that 5 minutes and the person that helped me transferred the $10 balance I had on my old card so it wasn’t lost. Super happy and impressed by how nice, friendly, and helpful they were!

Almost always quick service, even early in the month, which used to be Andrew overwhelming. Also, a restroom that's not too often closed down.

The public transportation is so disgusting! It reeks of feces and feels dirty to even sit down. A lot of weird “street people” who ride, and make the experience of transporting uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I am the only one, but every single time I hop on I’m always getting harassed and yelled at by a mental person. Or there is just a mental person preaching gibberish, which makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I once had a “street person” pee in a seat behind me while riding the blue-line. In another situation, a woman got on the bus with her underwear and pants down, where you can see her lady part. In public! How the bus driver let her on the bus, I don’t know. Transit really needs to regulate both the MAX and the busses because as a paying customer using the city’s public transportation, I feel I should not be paying for this sort of service.

No, there is not. It is not a Park & Ride. Only regular street parking.
I walked in. Was first in line. Seen immediately and left. (Monday - Friday) 8:30am to 5:30pm If they are not busy you should get what you need done pretty quick. No appointments necessary. Have your ID.
Answering the question that you have asked technically requires response of "none" since Tri-Met does not operate outside of Oregon. However I speculate that what you actually wished to know was to which cities in Washington shall Tri-Met ticket pay fare to. Tri-Met only has fare reciprocity agreement with C-tran whose service area is Vancouver, Washington and surrounding extensions.
Everything is Goin bac to business which in one way is a good thing but only half of the public are wearing protection
I think if you have the HOP Fast pass app you can register both cards in the app and either then use them with your phone or transfer the balance from the one card you don't want anymore to the one you do. The other option is go to the Trimet office near you, maybe Pioneer Square, and they will gladly transfer the balance for you. They won't refund any HOP cards, though, just transfer balances from one to another. Good Luck! Happy Holidays!
Their office isn't open on weekends. But u call customer service. If they willing to talk to you. They may give the round, round. Some are nice or not. Sometime, they don't give right answer to your questions.
The HOP passes Kevin mentioned are NOT for Honored Citizens or at Honored Citizen prices, they are just the standard bus passes for all riders. Honored Citizen HOP passes are available at 50% standard prices but you have to go to the Ticket office during business hours to get it.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Yes, you could replace your card for 3 dollars at the trimet office it's open during regular business hours 9-5
Must have honored citizen ID for fare, but drivers use discernment. Youth/senior/disability= 1.25, $2.50 day. Adult=$2.50, $5 day. If you ride frequently, get a reload able HOP. You can earn free trips.
Pioneer Square Trimet ticket office, but most of the plaves6are doing HOP cards now instead of paper tickets.
