Been going to GameStop for years. I’m not surprised that they have no customers anymore with the service I see these days. Store manager is rude and obviously working on commission these days. Girlfriend went in for a controller and left with the store… she got persuaded to buy things he said she needed because she doesn’t know much about it and was surprising me. I said she could return a cord the next day and the same guy was there. He refused to return it without a receipt that she knows he didn’t give to her. He even remembered the transaction when she showed up and when I called. Didn’t know GameStop needed money so bad

Got to give it to game stop for hanging games in there through the pandemic, because you can buy all games online now a days. But I still like going to the local store to check out whatever they have.

If you want to not get robbed for any game you want to buy or sell go anywhere but GameStop. The lack of professionalism is astounding never going back again you’re better off getting all your games online. Garbage place to get games at
