Beautiful park with lots of trails ! Since I moved from Post Falls, Idaho to Spokane Valley I've been there several times . I take my dog there every time I get my visitation with him .He loves the park . The Centennial Trail Trail is right across the street .

You took our dog there, walked around checked out all of the scenery the waterfall, there's usually a bunch of bunnies and ducks but I think it was still a little too early in the spring.

If you're thinking about visiting this place, do it! You won't be disappointed. Breathtaking sights, wildlife, and so many hiking trails, not to mention the whole playground area. There is something for everyone. Look out for the turtles and bunnies. Do yourself a favor and spend an afternoon exploring this extravagant park

I don't know if they take dogs or not but the closest one I would say is down on Indiana across from the Valley Mall.

You can swim in the river across from the man made falls. Very beautiful sites and the rocks are white and soft like chalk, really cool. I do put my kids down off the dock on the waterfall side just to get their feet wet a little, but that's it. Really great vicinity!

Yes! It's like two big parks together. It's a natural area, very beautiful. A lot of trails that are child friendly. (trails go on and on) Can also hike and swim on the other side of the man made falls is the river. I wouldn't recommend children swimming, maybe just sit and dip toes in 😉
