My mom lived at Rosewood Park Assisted living from August 2019 to March 2022. It started off odd with the room she was assigned not being ready on day of her move in. Mom was placed in another room on residential side which was stressful for her. But things were fine at beginning. Once pandemic hit care took complete nose dive. Not only could we not get in just added to lack of accountability. I got in September 2020 by pressure mom was fading. I took 12 week unpaid leave of absence to assist her personally. Place is under staffed, unorganized, huge turnover. There are some very wonderful caring staff there, but higher ups seem oblivious to situation at best. They need to pay better, train better, and hire more people and raise expectations of staff and management. Something is gravely wrong there. The past couple months when I arrived mom was routinely in wet depend , her meal left to get cold for hours without waking her up. Don’t put your loved one there. They need a complete system overhaul. I’m thankful I got mom out.

I have two relatives staying at Rosewood Park in the Assisted Living area. I can't say enough about the concern and at times 'above the call of duty' responses from the entire team. For one relative the stay is a transition from another place and she says the food is much better at Rosewood. The other one moved in from her former home and she is much happier with the attention, socialization, activities and even the food despite misgivings. Thank you Rosepark people!

A very comfortable, clean and inviting place with a caring staff, friendly residents, wide, well-lit, carpeted hallways, a spacious, quiet dining room, and very nice apartments.

I would warn people away from the memory care facility. It is horrible. A staff member stoled from my mom and no discipline was given. Food is AWFUL and care is mediocre.
