I mainly contacted DaBella just to get an idea of what it would cost to have my roof redone. Some time ago I had an initial consolation with Keaton O. He showed up perfectly on time which I really appreciated and might have even been a little early. Overall he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He answered every question I had and while I may not have moved forwards with one of their services at that time, I felt the need to make sure that Keaton got recognition for a job well done.

The previous homeowners of a home I purchased in 2021 had DaBella install their new roof back in 2018. Unfortunately, a vent flashing was not installed during the new roof installation around one of the vent pipes, allowing rain water to get into the walls every time it rained. This caused water damage in-between the walls on the sheet rock, wood boards, window frames, and mold to develop on the top and bottom floors. Not to mention bugs were able to crawl into the space. When contacting this company to talk about what had happened, they wanted no part of it since I wasn't technically a customer of theirs. They wouldn't even come look at the issue. Their warranty's are also set up for every angle to get them out of any issues that may come up after their job is complete, so make sure you pay close attention to all the warranty details in case any issues arise after they've completed their job. The negligence in not installing a vent flashing caused nearly 6,000 dollars in repairs and damages so be very careful when dealing with this company.

I had been looking for a contractor to replace my mother’s roof and thought I would try local ( house is at the coast) after 6 months and 2 contractors and no estimates I contacted Dabella, they had a sales rep out in 2 days. Koby explained the materials, the cost the process and we scheduled the work. The crew came out on March 11 finished the roof the next day cleaned everything up my mother was thrilled the crew was punctual, efficient, and professional. Oh yeah there were 4 skylights that were replaced also. We will hire them for future jobs.

Logan and Mike came out and gave me a very thorough inspection on my roof. They were the third people out and showed me things nobody else had found. They told me about their quality company and the quality materials they use, and I would love to use them for this project. A little more expensive than average, but worth it. Only issue is I have to figure out my insurance issues. Look forward to using them in the future and would recommend to anyone concerned about their roof.
