Pizza dough has been inconsistent at this place. Normally I love this shop but something happened to the quality of the dough.

Picked up 2 silices at Penfield. I paid cash $8.00 approximately 12:10 PM. I got home and only 1 slice in the box. I immediately called and received the third degree with questions. Did I pick it up here? What was it? How much did you pay? Are you sure? How did you pay? What size bill did you use? How much change did you get back? Who was on the register? what did he look like? .......I am a 80 year old male who is not in the habit of cheating a Pizzeria out of one slice of pizza. I've had enough! Marks you can keep my slice of Pizza, I"ll do my best to buy from your competitor from now on. ......PS...... I've been a customer for 20+ years.

13 February 2022 The pizza was just ok. I don't know why we keep coming back. I guess we're hopeful that the great pizza they used to make will return!!

DO NOT BUY SLICES HERE. The pizza warmer for slices is hidden away from the customer's view when entering the shop. Pretty sus if you want customers to buy them. Not only does the pizza look and taste like cardboard, THE SERVICE IS JUST AS STALE. If politely asking for a fresh slice (which they won't show you until after you buy), as you would at any restaurant, including fast food, the underage staff will prefer to argue with you instead of doing their jobs. After asking for the manager, another minor (posing as management) proceeded to lecture me about how old pizza can be before he decides to throw it out. Not sure why that was relevant since I asked for fresh food...a request that continued to be ignored. MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL for arguing over overpriced cardboard and not wearing nametags or gloves. Never seen a pizza shop operate in such a way, but there are plenty of others to choose from. A restaurant that doesn't provide fresh food upon request is a joke, but is especially not funny during a pandemic.

I have only gone twice to meet someone. Not impressed at all with the service, people or food. Very cheap on toppings where the salads are concerned. Employees act as it is a burden for you to approach the counter. The best thing you can do to show the manager how you feel is to use social networking to provide bad reviews.
