Do not rent from this place .I had to cancel my lease I never moved in they are good at taking your money. There is nothing in the lease about advertising costs and nothing about being charged for them re renting the apartment. I was charged a fee for them to re rent the apartment and charged advertising fees. I have never ever had those kinds of charges from any other place I've rented from.they took it out of my deposit .Before you move in be aware of the hidden fees

Some of the apartments are not bad, but we had problems with the manager. First of all, when we asked info about the apartment, she told us that the electricity was very low: not true at all, we ended to pay 160\200$ a month. Secondly, there have been damages with water pipes: we had to pay an higher bill because of that, even though it was not related to our apartment. Third, at the beginning, before signing the lease, we asked her to see an apartment, but she said it was not possible because the apartments were all rented. A few days before the end of our contract, though, she left us a note hung at our door saying that she had fixed an appointment (without asking us) with some people to show the apartment. As for our apartment, the walls were so thin that you could hear voices, TV, and the smells of the kitchen of our neighbours. The smell of cigarettes of our neighbours was intolerable. It was so bad and unhealthy to sleep in that situation. Furniture was low running, and the heating system did not work properly, being slow and not powerful enough for the winter. The only positive note: the two maintenance guys are really nice and do a good job, especially considered that they are only two and have to deal with all the issues and requests. Avoid this place if you can!!
