Our daughter is just finishing up her time at Notre Dame. For the last two years she has lived at the Foundry. Her experience there was awesome with no issues with the apartment or the other lessees to distract her from her work. I would recommend The Foundry to any that are looking for off-campus student housing.

The front desk is extremely inconsistent with responses. Leasing specialists were extremely responsive in the beginning and I applied for an apartment that I liked and the contact ghosted me for over 5 days and I was never sure if my application went through. Their online application portal is broken and it didn't allow me to submit an application online. I had to manually fill the application on a paper, scan it and send it only for them to tell me that I need to type everything in the email again. I tried calling them many times for multiple days straight but there was no answer till the third day. I tried explaining my frustration and the person hung up my on my face. Extremely unprofessional.

Maintenance here is always super fast, super helpful, and super nice!! Dan K usually responds to all my orders and he's always great! Very friendly and we always say hey when we see each other in the halls. Most of my maintenance issues have been pretty minor here, and I've never had a problem that hasn't been resolved quickly after I submitted a request. Great dudes!

I am proud to call Foundry South my second home at Notre Dame. I have appreciated the proximity to campus and living in a beautiful, new apartment during difficult school year. The front desk is responsive and extremely accommodating. I have experienced some complex challenges when deciding when and how to move-in and move-out, and the front desk were quick to resolve my concerns and I felt much more at ease once they created a solution for me. l I have had the pleasure of working with Theresa, Alex, and Zach to find a home during my third and fourth year at college. They are so kind and always greet me with a smile. The front desk's energy is contagious and it brightens my day when I see them. All of my guests are constantly in awe of the apartment complex and the amenities it offers. In addition, I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Mimi to host my birthday celebrations at the Conference Room in Foundry North. I am so grateful for all of the members of Foundry community because they have been a crucial facet of my experience at Notre Dame and have helped me create memories I will cherish forever.
