When we arrived our room was not ready and while they gave us another room one of the lights was out, plugs were broken and there was hair in the shower. They provided us a cot bed for my son but with no bedsheet and the mattress was on it’s last leg. I spoke to the front desk about all this in the morning. They were very apologetic and said that they would get their manager to give me a discount, but none never came. Nice staff and good location off the turnpike, but we will not be returning.

Staff, beds, room location we’re all 5 stars. I waited around until 6:30 for breakfast, most hotels have breakfast out early. Not this one. At 6:32 the lady said it’s ready. The only item ojt was bacon. The juice wasn’t ready, no milk in the cooler, no oatmeal, no pancakes, eggs or potatoes. I ate my bacon and waited a bit before heading to a store to buy breakfast. Very disappointed. I looked forward to this breakfast, waited around and then was very disappointed. Great hotel I just had a rough experience with the breakfast.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom needs work in particular the shower wouldn't drain properly so it needs draino or something to fix the clogging. Breakfast was 40 minutes late, but at least I met another guest and chatted with him about football. I would use this hotel again, it's one of the better options for this city.

Pretty good stay but not exceptional. Parking was tight but we got a spot. Room was clean. I had a reservation for 3 but only towels for 2 in the room. Receptionist was polite. I would recommend.
