This was once a great place to go to re-up on supplies. I Understand they had to increase their prices due to NY state. But they did not need to increase it close to 300%. A bottle of vape juice you were able to buy for $10 online 6 months ago is now $26 at this shop. Honestly if you decide to make this your regular shop you might as well go back to smoking or pick up smoking. You are not for the vaping community when you charge these prices.

Used to be a great shop to get all vaping products until a new employee, a taller female that goes by Meg, started working. My experience with this employee has only been negative. She has lied about certain products being available, told me another employee no longer worked at the store when in fact she still does, always has a scowl when interacting with customers, and the few interactions i have had with this employee have only been negative. I stopped frequenting this store solely based on my experiences with this person. I will not return my business unless there is a change in customer service at 518 Vape.

Ami Wilson

I went there looking to switch so I could get away from cigarettes. I looked around and it's a clean, sanitary place to visit. I asked a load of questions which were answered promptly. The guy was pleasant and respectful. He directed me to exactly what I needed and picked a tasty flavor of Butterscotch. I told a coworker about everything and she'll be there to get the same thing. I'll be back and I highly recommend you go there too.

First impression was good. Got a good vape pen for a fair price, and two bottles of e-juice also at a fair price. Friendly dude working there today. I'll probably return soon. But very limited juice selection. I am only interested in tobacco flavored juice, and that's all they have. Lucky for me, I suppose.
