The nostalgia of coming to a Friendly’s after not being near one for 25+ years was fun! My girls now love Friendly’s, too. The food was good, the sundaes as yummy as I remember & our server (Nancy) was one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She was attentive, friendly & gave great suggestions. If we are back in this area, we will definitely come back … & hopefully have Nancy as our waitress again! 😁❤️

For the past few years I have only gone to Friendly's 2-3 times a year. My last experience will have me coming back more often and it was all because of the waitress. There was a minimal wait to be seated, less than a minute. There hasn't been much of a wait at this location outside of major holidays and events over the past few years. Our waitress, Makayla was excellent. She was attentive, and a pleasure to talk to(I never did get my basket back... inside joke). She was definitely one of the best waitresses I have ever had at any Friendly's. The food, well the food 5 years ago was probably the worst it has ever been in Friendly's history. There have been many menu changes and portion changes since then. I think they are moving in the right direction. I was satisfied with the quality and portion size of my food. I will at the very least have to go back for my basket!

The food was great. Our waitress, Hannah, was amazing. They were very busy but she made sure to give us her full attention, was very nice, and took very good care of us.

We stopped at Friendly’s for ice cream after shoppers at the mall. We were seated immediately. Kelly was our server. She was friendly and pleasant. Our sundaes were great and the coffee was fresh. We will absolutely stop back when we are in the area. Thank you.
