Eric was courteous, kind, and Helpful getting hurt vehicle in for service quickly when we started on announced while traveling for vacation. He and the other employees were efficient and effective repairing a tire to get us back on the road quickly so as not to delay our trip. The cost for the tire repair was very reasonable and given the quick and friendly service, we were very pleased with our experience at this Mavis location.

Sue was awesome! It was 9am on a Sunday and I was able to get pads, rotors, oil change, 4 new tires. I called, Sue answered, I didn't know it yet but my problems were solved. Beyond solving all of my issues, the show was clean and the shop from what I saw was in order. It was Sunday morning and everyone was still in a good mood and helpful.
