Hi! Im a local guide for Google maps. This section is for questions about a location. Your experience at that particular McDonald's would work better on the reviews section. That way, a manager or the owner will definitely be able to see that you had a terrible experience at their business. They usually contact you and offer apologies and most likely a refund.
