I do curb side pick up- therefore I can only speak to practices regarding that. Our food is brought to the car-the 'server' is wearing a mask and my food has been 💯 perfect (never missing silverware-accoutrements-drinks- etc).
Paritions between booths are very high. Servers wear masks. Tables are sanitized after every customer. There is no waiting inside anymore. See hostess and you wait in your car until you are texted when table is ready.
