This hotel offered all we needed for our family vaca. The breakfast buffet and afternoon snacks were fabulous. The real gem is that literally all the staff were friendly and so helpful. Special mention to Paige and Natalie at the front desk and our server Michael. We'll def be back and told family in town where to recommend!

Had a great stay here over the weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great complimentary breakfast and the dinner options are better than going out to eat. The only minor problem I faced was that there was only a plug on one side of the bed in our king suite. But the room was still great. Will definitely be booking my stay here from now on.

My reviews are typically from how I'm feeling when I get there all the way until the time I leave. Traveling with teens. LOVE: Complimentary happy hour for 3 hours, including appetizers (veggies, cheese, crackers, etc. Pool hours are late. Had dessert ordered to room, very inexpensive. Bathroom is huge! Can have one showering, one at sink and still room. Bedroom separate with lockable door on one side. Tall shower head. Clean. Close to restaurants DISLIKE: Travel size anything (no place in shower)-see photo, had to be creative. The bathroom doors make no sense. One of the doors is lockable the other 1 is a sliding barn door that leads into the separate bedroom. No hooks in this huge bathroom, except 1. I gave it 5 stars because everybody there was gracious and kind. The room was big and clean. Is very close to many restaurants and a huge mall. We stayed here to be close to the hall of fame . Love the geese out front

Great hotel, about 1hr away from Cleveland airport. Very clean, comfortable.. only issue would be the heating/cooling system..no matter what I did. Even when the desire temperature was reached the fan constantly ran all night. Still very minor so easy 5star
