Horrible service. Got kicked out of our room because of their overbooking and mistakes. We were made to move to a different room with no king bed in the middle of our stay, causing us to be late for the event that we had driven 8 hours to attend.

Overall the stay was ok. The bed was super hard and the bathroom could use some attention (see pictures), but the staff was nice. This location was also kind of behind a shopping center, so a little "off the beaten path", but it was fine.

Stayed 2 nights with kids for the Hall of Fame Half Marathon weekend. Fitness room and pool amenities were all shut down with no notice on website or when I called to check on my reservation. I strongly suggest the Springhill Hotel next door if you are looking for accommodations with amenities! My family was VERY disappointed!

The Hotel is Average -Good. The front desk staff was courteous upon check-in and check-out. The hotel was clean and sanitized. Not sure when the hotel made upgrades, but the upgrades were a pleasant surprise, albeit they appeared to be surface upgrades and none to the plumbing and interworking of the property. I was surprised for a chain that caters to families and groups; while you had a refrigerator in the room, there was no microwave. The line at the microwave was akin to waiting for a ride at a Disney park. I shudder to think what families with infants and young children went through needing to heat water or milk for formula or food. There is nothing particularly wrong with the hotel; the towels did not align with the surface upgrades. Is it not bad enough that a customer pays for a room but no longer gets the benefits of servicing the room. The face mask due to Covid 19 is gone, but the hospitality industry is wearing a mask perfect for a bandit by fleecing paying customers. There was no room cleaning and no towels (the towels were worn thin) unless you went to get them (broken elevator). I was fortunate to have a courteous attendant; after I went to the front desk, he did bring the towels to my room; however, I felt terrible as I did not have the cash (small bills) to tip him. Again there was nothing wrong with the Marriott Courtyard in Canton but nothing great either. It is a 3.5 hotel, and would I stay there again? Yes, but only if the suite hotels in the area are booked to capacity. I wrote an Expedia and believed Google.
